Fair discrimination is the type of discrimination at workplace that is permitted by law.
It can be allowed in four cases:
1. Discrimination which is based on an affirmative action.
2.Discrimination which is based on the aspect of productivity.
3. Compulsory discrimination( as permitted by law)
4. Discrimination which is based on the recruitment requirements.
Employers often employ young females because women are more patient, can endure more and repeats one task several times in case of an error, capable of building good relationships, better leaders as compared to men and also consistent with their decision.
