1. How is the weather in winter
Your answer would be cold (or warm, depending where you live)
2. How is the weather in March? 
Where I live it is still cold in March, but it may be different for you
3. How is the weather in July?
Mostly anywhere it will be hot, but again, it depends where you live
4. What is your month of July?
Not too sure how to answer that

If you live in the U.S. (I do) it is cold, if you live mostly anywhere else, it is a normal temperature
6. Today 's temperature is thirty - five degrees. How is the weather?
Again depends where you live. In the U.S., that would be kind of cold, anywhere else it would be hot
