Although it is highly criticized by some political and economic sectors because they understand that it slows down the response time of the system, the truth is that the bureaucratic system imposes professionalism in the public administration, which makes all officials suitable for the position in which they carry out their tasks and the objectives that they thus develop.

Thus, for example, the hierarchical review systems of claims before the administration imply that an appropriate and trained official in the matter is the one who understands the conflicts raised by the taxpayers; In addition, the review bodies allow arbitrary or unfair measures or decisions to be taken.
