Chan was working on a painting of the golden gate bridge. he was almost done but was at a loss for ideas on the shade to use for the outer horizon in his painting. he took a break from his work and came back to it after a few weeks. chan is in of the creative process.

The third process, insight, is the most relevant part of the process even though it’s probably the shortest one. In this stage, artists who have a blockade, resolve it (“Aha moment”) by stepping aside of work and doing some low-level activities (like taking a walk, shower, break etc.).
