Humans have existed in different skin tones for thousands of years. This video is going to describe what science has learned about how and why* we evolved/adapted to
have these different colors. Remember that populations adapt when a trait is
*positive* -- in other words, it gives individuals that have that trait a survival advantage
in their ecosystem. What is YOUR PREDICTION about why we evolved these different
traits? What survival advantages might different color skin have given humans living in
different parts of globe thousands of years ago?
