When you experience a car incident where your tire fails or you have a blowout, one has to be always prepared to do the necessary actions. If these happen, your grip on the steering wheel must always be firm. Always remember that you should not slam the brakes. You should immediately concentrate your attention in continuing straight ahead because the tire will pull in the direction of the flat.   You should gradually begin moving toward the side of the road. The brakes should not be used nor take your foot off the gas pedal or release the cruise control. The attention and the concentration of the driver must be directed on steering.
