TruTech conducted an employee survey and found that many employees felt constrained by their job schedule and were beginning to feel resentment toward the company. In an effort to counter this, TruTech wants to introduce a new work schedule program on a trial basis. In assessing the survey responses, the managers noted that a significant number of employees wanted to get out earlier to be home when their children got home from school.
