Explain why starting a business from scratch is more difficult than purchasing a franchise, buying an existing business, or joining a family business. starting a business from scratch is more difficult because you start with nothing but you money and that’s it i'm going to use baking a cake to better explain. okay so you can just walk in to walmart and buy a cake mix that you just add water, oil, eggs to this repents buying existing business. you could go on online and just use some basic from scratch cake recipe and go get cake flour, baking powder, salt, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, whole milk this represents buy a franchise. also you could use grandma's recipe represent taking over family business. then there is the hard work, dedication, blood, sweat and tears to come up with your own.
