Differentiate between emulsion, foam and gel

Emulsion:

A colloidal solution in which both the dispersed phase and dispersion medium are liquids is called an Emulsion.

Gel:

Gels is that kind of colloid in which the dispersed phase is a liquid and the dispersion medium is a solid.

Foam:

Foam is a substance in which the particles are gas bubbles and the medium is a liquid.

conduction is the transfer of thermal energy (heat in transfer) due to collisions between the molecules in the object. collisions between adjacent atoms and molecules transfer kinetic energy from the warmer to the cooler object. the objects must be in physical contact.
