Newton's third law of motion explains what happens when two objects?

According to Newton's Third Law, which is the Law of Interaction, "forces always act in equal but opposite pairs". Another way of saying this is "for every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction". Collisions are governed by Newton's laws. The law of action-reaction (Newton's third law) explains the nature of the forces between the two interacting objects.
