Use the 3nf conceptual data model for the vet clinic data from our unit 6 lab and create a logical model by adding in the data types. feel free to print the pdf file and work out the data types using our unit 7 notes to guide you. your main task is selecting the appropriate data types for each of the attributes (now fields) in the given conceptual model. check out the various data types and choose the appropriate type that tells sql server how to interpret the data stored in each column of your entities (now tables)
notes on the fields:
pet type can be one of the following list of values: dog, cat, bird
assume zipcode is the 5 digit version
assume phone numbers are only the digits (e. g. 2187236000)
pet_dob includes the month, day, and year
visit_date includes the month, day, year, and time of the appointment
visit_notes are the notes the vet takes about the appointment and can be up to 1-2 pages long of text
