When using a template to compose a memorandum, which key on the keyboard moves the cursor to the next text field?

The keyboard that moves the cursor to the next text field is CTRL (along with the right arrow key)

As far as the other options are concerned like  

Caps lock: they are used to convert the lower case letters into upper case or are used to type in upper case

Tab: it is a key that can be used to put a space that consists of 8/4 spaces that can be given by only using one key i.e. Tab

Shift: They are an alternate key to capitalize letters that are in lower case
