Engineers need to be open-ended when dealing with their designs. Why? A. They must be adaptable to changing needs or situations.
B. Closed-ended would mean closed-minded, so new products would not be developed.
C. They want the projects to last as long as possible in order to make the most money possible.
D. In engineering fields, the competition is very tough therefore any extra skills possessed by an engineer will make him or her more employable.
