How do cultural traditions relate to themes in things fall apart? throughout the novel, achebe never questions the cultural traditions of the igbo people. okonkwo values others achievement more than his own achievements. okonkwo disregards his own feelings and goes along with the killing of ikemefuna. okonkwo does not kill himself.
