Self destructive behavior is a behavior that harms a person who is engaged in the behavior. Self destructive activities may be developed as a habit. There a re many types of self - destructive behavior such as suicide ( the most common ), Substance abuse, Eating disorder etc. For example, rather than facing the stress, one may choose to damage their entire work and find relief. In other words, it is an inability to handle stress coming from a person's lack of confidence.

Many causes of Self - Destructive behavior include sexual and physical abuse, improper parental care, loss, pain, neediness etc. They are all examples of where a person can lash out on himself and find pleasure in doing so. Many people find it hard to quit self - destructive behavior. Stopping self - destructive behavior can acquire a lot of effort and pain. One of the many ways is to stop negative self - talk, learning from failures.

Overall, self - destruction is a dark topic, something that lurks in the mind of every person. We have to be able to support people in whatever they do and lead them in the right path. We shouldn't be the source cause of their negative thinking.

Self Destrucutive is a word that means harsh things. There are so many different ways a person can self destructive themselves. Ways a person self destruct temselves are drinking way to much can have liver issues. Smoking can give you cancer. Shooting People and you can rot in jail. Dont ever do this ever if you do you will regret it.

life will not be easy it will be filled with war, lack of resources, damaged planet, and lack of land to live on.

i imagine life will be easier in the sense that we will have better technology and better health and medical advances as well as infustructure growth and economic resilliance we will have much stronger militaries and probably be constintly fighting with other countries for resources and lang that is actually cleanenough to live or farm on . as well i think the need for fresh water will only brainliest answer lol
