It depends. I used to play violin when I was much younger. When playing the violin, I would listen to everyone play, the notes, and how beautiful everything sounded, especially when everyone played together. To me, the music that the violin makes is special. I would listen to my peers play and watch them play. Violin also gives me childhood memories. I remember playing by myself in my room and my mother would come in sometimes to hear me play. I'm not positive if you have concerts for strings, but I did. My family would come to all my concerts and it just made me feel somewhat special. Everyone has their own reasons on why they value the violin so much. Hopefully this is what you were somewhat looking for. Just giving ya some ideas!
