christy fastens her seatbelt and gives her mother a thumbs-up! they are heading to the mall for the afternoon to do some shopping. christy and her mother arrive at the mall, and it looks like a zoo. christy looks out the car window and questions if they will be able to find a parking spot. shortly after, she spots someone leaving out of the corner of her eye. her mother quickly maneuvers the car and parks. christy holds her mother's hand as they walk across the parking lot into the mall. as they enter, christy notices an enormous red sign. it says, “sanctuary perfume 50% off”, in bold, white capital letters with an arrow pointing upstairs. that perfume is christy's moms favorite! she can't miss out on this steal of a deal, so they rush upstairs to the department store. as christy's mother is purchasing a bottle of perfume, she smells a tester bottle on the counter. it is such a fresh and clean scent. christy compliments her mom on the purchase, and they continue on to complete the rest of their shopping.
