Dear Owners and Occupants, Recently I have been made aware of a problem that has been facing the tenants of our building. The parking lot has become too crowded, and
many residents do not have a place to park in the evening when they return home for the night. We suspect that people who do not live in the
building are taking advantage of our prime location and parking in our lot.
I understand this must be a frustrating situation for everyone involved. Let me fill you in on how we will fix this problem. First, we will require each
resident who owns a vehicle to complete a registration form by October 12th. Once you complete the form, we will send you a sticker. Please affix
this sticker to your back windshield in the left corner. Cars that do not have stickers will be towed from our lot. If you do not have a sticker on your
car by October 31st, you WILL be towed. So, please be sure to send in your registration form.
I realize that this may create another problem with visitor parking. Previously, visitors were allowed to park in our lot at any time. Unfortunately,
we cannot have an unlimited number of people using our facilities. Therefore, we are instituting a visitor parking policy. When you send in your
registration, we will send you your sticker and in addition, we will send you an additional visitor hang tag. Visitors to the building should display
this hangtag on their rearview mirror while they are parked in the lot. Visitors will be allowed to park in the lot for up to 72 hours. If you have a
