Chronic Diseases often provide a time to reflect upon the value of one's life. It also provides an opportunity to find meaning and define our legacy. With this in mind, we will be watching an online lecture and answering some questions. Go to the following YT website and watch the 76 minutes lecture: Randy Pausch: /watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo

1. Once you have completed watching this lecture identify WHAT message do you think Randy was trying to convey?

2. List 2 insights that struck home for you and explain WHY they the are relevant to you.

3. Lastly, Randy created this lecture due to his terminal cancer...do you believe that it is possible for individuals to create their legacy and meaning without a terminal disease? Be specific about how someone might do this - provide examples (who, what, how).
