Hiring me will be a good thing for this company because I will bring different perspectives and insights to the table. Some colleagues will be able to support your idea if it's backed up with charts and graphs. If that doesn't work, I will make the situation personal. Demonstrate how the idea will make their lives better as well. I can also try and leverage psoitive emotions. Meaning that I will create excitement in people so they are more willing to step up and say they support my ideas. Some colleagues may not respond to positive emotions, so I will go negative. When you make people really feel the pain of them problem, they are more likely to want to solve it.
