Children younger than 14 playing football should no longer be allowed to tackle during games or practice. All 14 & under teams should change to touch- football instead of tackle football. The hard hits of tackle football can have negative impacts on the player's long-term brain health, so to protect our children we must make this change. While football is known for its tough tackles and hard plays, the lifelong health risks are too great, which is why parents should urge for a change.
