This question depends on the person. There is no right or wrong answer. But, if you want my honest opinion then I would say yes. I think students should be able to bring their phones to school for loads of reasons. In case of emergency, people have certain apps that relate to health issues and, it could give students a break from school work to clear their head. This is a proven fact that it helps students do better in class.
