Explanation: Technology ruins us because people who used them 24/7 without a break, have seizures and other health problems. In fact, being a parent is hard because my kids are rather on the phone than doing other activities. Here are some reasons why technology ruins us.

1. Kids are on it all day.

2. We easily get distracted by them.

3. People have seizures if they play on it without a break.

If we limit how long we use our devices, technology won't be as bad as it is today. About 86.9% people had a seizure when playing on their devices all day. So, this is why technology is ruining our lives and us people too.
