Explanation:

You work harder or have a more demanding job, you deserve to be payed more. that's the whole point of capitalism. The less replaceable your position is, the more value that you hold. Doctors go to school and train for multiple years because of the pay. A fast food worker (me lol) and a doctor don't deserve even near the same pay. If there was, who would want to be a doctor? everyone would choose the easy way out.
