The comparison between Eudaimonistic and Exemplar/agent-based virtue ethics shows that one tries to guide us toward being an ideal type of virtuous person, where as the latter is focused on you becoming the ideal you. We may think that an ideal person would have the virtue of strength, but you may be a person who needs to carry out other virtues and don't need to be strong, but rather wise. Which of the two do you think is more in line with your views? Please explain what you think about each and whether or not you should try to be a perfect person in general, or a perfect you specifically. (100 words)
