you get food and you pay its the same idea except fast food is more grab and go while restaurant is more sit down, fast food is more fatty, sugary foods and cheaper while restaurants are more expensive and healthy

I am in a culinary course in my school. Though they are both restaurants. In my opinion Fast food, is quick, cheap, and below standard. Restaurants serve high quality food, they tend to be expensive, and are fresh. But fast food is a restaurant.
