What can we do for disabled persons and we have to find solutions something new

Teaching people to be more educated & respectful of disabled people. It's more prominent in our society for people to treat disabled people as inferior and use derogatory words. I think the best way to better improve this is to start by teaching children at a young age that it's okay to be different.
