im not entirely sure how to explain but basically if you have a negative mind set. like u think about negative stuff its gonna bring ur mood down. and u will be less happy especally if your around other people. because those people will think ur mad at them or something and then their mood will get brought down and u will get in trouble for it. but if you act happy and think happy stuff you will become happier and people around u will be happy aswell and good stuff will happen.
