Our immune system triggered the defense and react to any foreign particle in the same way is called Innate Immunity.

Immunity:

Our body has defense system which prevent us from any foreign body which enters into our body is called immune system and they way it protects us from foreign particles is called immunity.

Types of Immunity:

There are two types of immunity

Innate immunity:

Innate immunity is also called natural immunity because as foreign particle enters into our body the first immune mechanism which is non-specific and react against foreign particles always in same manner to destroy or eliminate that foreign object.

Acquired immunity:

Acquired immunity is the specific immunity or targeted immunity which react to the foreign particles in particular different manners by using humoral immune system (antibodies) or cell mediated immune system (T-cell). In this type of immunity, our immune system remember the any foreign body which is enter into our body will next time immediately eliminates by its memory cells. This immunity is unique to every foreign particle and react in a unique way to each object.
