Why is having a friendship important?

Having friendship makes you feel not alone and it makes you happy to be with people who like who you are. 

Friendship goes along with 1 of the 3 things in Health. There is physical mental/emotional and social health. Social health helps keep the heart happy and helps for you body to stay healthy. Also it helps show ones ability to socialize and helps behavior of that individual.

Because without physical activity, the body has extra "energy" if you will, and so when it is time for bed you are not tired, so you end up staying up all night. also there is probably an effect on your internal clock, which messes with your melatonin production which goes hand in hand with your sleep cycle
