Hi there, thank you for helping me!
Question:
Show three striking activities you do that could improve your skill-related components of fitness (speed, agility, balance, power, coordination, and reaction time) and explain the skills that are improved through each activity.
Example:
activity:
Tennis
Skill-related fitness component it improves:
Agility
Explain how the activity supports the skill:
A great way to improve your agility is to practice with a ball machine, have someone hit balls to you, or throw balls to you. To start, the balls can be in front of you so your moves are forward and sideways. As you get better at hitting strokes over the net, the balls can also be hit past you, so you must also move backwards and sideways combined. Then the balls will be going into all different areas of the court. As you get more comfortable, the balls can come over the net to you faster and faster, forcing you to speed up change of direction and getting to more balls in less time.
Again thank your for helping me!
