Sam overhears two patients in the waiting area of the physician’s office communicating in their native language, which isn't English. One of his coworkers, Paula, comments that she finds this offensive because the conversation may pertain to her or other coworkers. Paula tells Sam that she's going to tell the patients they need to speak in English, even though they're still sitting in the waiting area. Sam immediately advises Paula against doing so, and tells her that all health care workers need to be accepting and sensitive towards others' cultures. What else should Sam do if Paula refuses to listen?

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
