a. jana plays hockey and is proud that she is the best goalie in her class.
b. kurt spends time reading and likes to make friends with people who share his interests.
c. maxine plays video games and likes to watch sports with her friends.
d. ryan is a good student even though he participates in several demanding sports.

This is difficult. Still, i am going with A because Jana is proud and feels more emotional about what she likes than the other choices do.

I think your answer would be a. because its talking about "emotional health" 
 is about being happy, self-confident, self-aware, and resilient. People who are emotionally healthy are able to cope with life's challenges and recover from setbacks. But health –including mental and emotional health - requires knowledge, understanding and effort to maintain.

And Jana is proud which means she is showing emotional health
