In the pamphlet "what is the third estate? " what does abbé sieyès suggest?

What is Third Estate was the pamphlet written by Abbe Sieyes in January 1789. It was in response to the finance minister Jacques Necker's invitation to writers for expressing their thought about the organization of Estates General. Abbe Sieyes argued that the third state was a nation in itself and there was no need for the other two estates of Clergymen and aristocracy. He wrote that the people needed a real representative in Estates General and the vote should be taken by heads. His ideas had an impact on the french people during the french revolution.

the correct answer is “opportunity cost”. opportunity cost is what a company misses out because it decided in one option over another one. in this case, the company decided to invest in building a factory so it gave up another possible benefit or profit in order to achieve success with the factory.  

trade-off is not the correct answer since it is a situation in which you accept losing something in return for benefits in other areas.

and finally, consequence is a general term used to accept what it comes when you make a decision. it can be a positive or negative consequence depending if the decision you took was the correct one.
