Similarities and differences between India and Egypt's geography

Both india and egypt both were able to developed because of the major rivers. In Egypt the Nile and in india there was the Indus and Ganges river. These rivers were very important since these waters brought silt from the mountains that fertilized the soil around the river which was ideal for farming and they were both a very important source of water. The nile river was also an important trade route for egyptians.Some differences are that india was separated from the rest of the world because of the himalayas which are huge mountains.  The benefits of these mountains was that they provides water for the rivers that flowed to egypt and india. It also provided protection for the indians from invaders.
