For 2, it wouldn't, just because we print more money doesn't mean that other prices go down. You still have to pay taxes, mortgage, etc. On top of that, distribution matters as well. If more money is printed, it'll become harder to distribute it, and also you may have more criminals stealing money, making everything the same as the beginning.

For 3, we would still need a government regardless if we have unlimited resources. It's not like the government gives us everything we need, they keep us safe from threats.
