What was the one new world disease that was transferred to afro-eurasia as a result of the columbian exchange?

it was probably syphilis. We recently learned about this in my history class, and while the Europeans gave a lots of diseases to the natives, this is the only disease that I had read that I'd given the Europeans a disease from the natives.
