Some famous expeditions are Ferdinand Magellan's expedition who circumnavigate the world and Christopher Columbus' expedition who unintentionally discover America. The consequences are the removing and colonize native people and expansion of European nations around the world. My opinion is that they played a big role in our history and we should appreciate the contributions they gave.
