You will conduct a mock public hearing for your school or municipality. You will lead the public hearing and set the agenda. Your mock hearing should contain the following information:

A location for the hearing that is accessible to everyone (including disabled persons who need wheelchairs)
A local person who can serve as a sign language interpreter
A written agenda that clearly lists the proposed topic and the location, date, and time
A notice that is distributed to the public to announce the public hearing
A written introduction for the public hearing to describe the issue for discussion
An organized format to allow each side to present testimony
Notes from the hearing
List references for any research.
