How can you write the expression with a rationalized denominator?
2+sqrt 5/ 2- sqrt 5
a. -1
b. 1
c. 9+4 sqrt 5
d. -9-4 sqrt 5
I think that the square roots would cancel each other out and the 2/2 would come out to 1 making the answer B. but I'm not sure... Can someone help me figure it out and explain why it is that answer if I'm wrong?
