Bar Graph is useful because its easy to see, and if you look at it after 2 years, you could of know about it in a few seconds. Its usually correct to use bar graphs. Like you'll see bar graph's more often than picture graphs.

Picture graphs is useful because displaying data would be easier. Memorizing it would be better and possible.
