Y=4x+3 equals what does this mean i don't understand

It just wants you to plug in the numbers in the chart for x and see what you get for y. For the last one, plug in y and solve for x.

So the first would be: y=4(1)+3
y=8

The last one would be: 203=4x+3
200=4x
x=50

You should be able to do the rest.
