Most of the properties you listed are properties a function has, rather than what you would use to compare two functions. Yes you can compare two functions by stating that they have different domains/ranges, whether one is injective and another is not, but these comparisons aren’t really that interesting (rather, we are more interested in whether a function has certain properties).
