You have seen an example of a person who created a list of things he wanted to do throughout the course of his life. Now it is your turn to give it a try, just like John Goddard did decades ago. You are going to create your own Life List. PLEASE ANSWER WILL BE AWARDED 50 POINTS AND BRAINLIEST This assessment has four parts. Read the requirements of each part, including the rubric, before you begin the assessment.

Part I: Create Categories

Use the list of five to eight life categories you created in the practice in the lesson. Narrow that list down to five specific categories.

Part II: List Goals

Create goals that you have in each category. For example, if one of your categories is school, a goal you may have might be to get all As and Bs in your classes. You can include goals you are working to achieve right now and those you want to achieve later. Just as John Goddard did, your goals can and should be things you want to do years from now. If you need additional material to read, you can always look again at John Goddard's Life List or the role models document from the lesson.

List all the goals you can think of under each of your five categories. You should have a minimum of 20–25 goals total, or about five for each category.

Part III: Dreams and Stars

Look at your Life List and place stars beside the goals on which you are currently working.

What are you currently doing to achieve those goals? Beside each of the five goals, explain about what you are doing to achieve them.

Part IV: Your Future

Choose five goals for your future. What do you need to do in order to eventually achieve those goals? Beside five goals, explain what you can do in the future to achieve them. If you need inspiration or additional material to read, refer back to the document on role models.

Your answers for Parts III and IV should be in complete sentences. To answer a question with a complete sentence, include part of the question in your answer. For example, if the question is “What is your favorite color?” your answer could look like,

“My favorite color is blue.”

or

“Blue is my favorite color.”
