Imagine you were just elected governor of your state. based on your state’s needs, what are the three most important responsibilities you have to the citizens? which department head will you appoint first and why?

Based on my appointment as governor, the three most important responsibilities that I have to help citizens are: Helping the homeless, taking care of our armed services veterans and providing affordable health care coverage options for our citizens. The first department head I would appoint would be the head of economic development. I would do that because in order for our state to function, we need to have a balanced and strong economy first.

every society, in order to meet the needs of it's people, has to answer three basic questions:

- what should we produce?

- how should we produce it?

- for whom should we produce it?

this questions must be answered in order to, option b, aid in production decisions.

every country can't produce everything, no matter how rich their land is. it may be a matter of technology, resources or geographical conditions. so, these three questions must be resolved in order to get the most of the production of each land.
