Explanation: There are two types of court in the United States. They are state court and federal court. The state court is established by the regarding court and the federal court is established by government of United States under the constitution laws.

However, these two courts have different types of function for jurisdiction. The State courts accept almost all kind of cases inside the state which are not under the federal law. State courts are for such cases like robbery, traffic rules violation, family dispute of the citizen of the state. But the state court is not allowed to take case in which USA is a party like a lawsuit against the US government.

On the other hand, the federal court is allowed to take cases under federal law. When United States is a party in the case the Federal court is required to take the case.Moreover, if the case is between the citizen of two different states the federal court take the case.
