There are some actions that can be addressed instead of going to court and trying to compromise the other ,that is why I prefer the first statement, as intolerance and aggressiveness can still be settled compared trying to compromise other party in court room

this kind of commercial war between the usa and china is slowing down the growth of the whole world so we can say that it is a draw back of trade regulations. and the free trade agreements are benefits of trade regulations.
