He believed that all people had the natural born right which would included, the right to life, liberty, and property. This is oftenly confused with life, liberty, and the persuit of happyness, but that was modified to fit the Consittution of the U.S. John Locke had believed that every person was born equal and should be given their natural rights. He asserted that people are equal and free, and they must have the liberty to do as they want.
