What had to be included before the anti-Federalist would ratify the Constitution?

Anti-federalist feared the constitution would lead to over centralized government and diminish individual rights and liberties they sought to amend the constitution particularly with the bill of rights as a condition before ratification

He was probably very upset and disapointed and mad. all at once. so he probably wanted to show his disapointment, angryness, and depression. he didn't think of the affects due to the minor issue thst he has gone through. sorry if it doesn't . but i am trynna people.
