How do we choose a leader?

By their actions. We have to see what a persons working with in their mind. You can't go around just picking somebody to be your leader because you like them. You have to judge by actions because some people talk a good game but really can't do what they say. You got to choose somebody that is VERY EXPERIENCED with working with people!!
